Operations
What is delivered, the milestones, the deliverables, what remains. Drift is visible while it can still be corrected.
Twenty-five years of turning around service centers, fixed-price projects and customer services produced a method: five views on a single set of data, commitments tracked at every level, simple rituals held every week. pylotik puts it into operational management software: the executive sees where each of their clients stands, instead of rebuilding the information from each manager. It no longer depends on a consultant being in the room: your organization practices it by using it.

A project rarely fails for lack of skill: it fails because everyone looks at it from their own window. The orgatypik method, refined by turning organizations around, brings these windows together on one set of data.
What is delivered, the milestones, the deliverables, what remains. Drift is visible while it can still be corrected.
Who carries the work, and in what conditions. The voice of the teams comes up, and it is acted on: nobody is rated.
Workload, skills, staffing: see who is overloaded before they leave, who is available before you hire.
Budget, ordered, invoiced, paid and margin at completion, fixed-price or time and materials, without waiting for the close.
What was contracted, requested, decided and validated. Clients see for themselves what has been kept, in their own space.
Everyone reads it according to their rights, nobody rewrites it. This is what turns a one-off turnaround into lasting operation. The levels of commitment the method tracks are described on pylotik.com.
pylotik is not a tool designed at a desk and then adapted to the field: each of its features answers a gap met on an engagement. A commitment made verbally and then forgotten, minutes never validated, an overrun found too late, a balance due that nobody follows, an overloaded team that nobody listened to.
| In the field, the method | In pylotik |
|---|---|
| A committee that decides, minutes the client validates | Committees, agenda, walkthrough on screen, minutes sent to the client for validation |
| A log of decisions and actions, each with a single owner | Decisions, actions and risks attached to the project and followed until they are closed |
| The financial reading of a project or contract | Ordered, produced, invoiced, paid, margin at completion; billing orders sent to the ERP through a connector built to your needs |
| The team's workload and the voice that comes up | Staffing, workload plan with overload and underload alerts, time entry, weekly report |
| A truth shared with the client | A free client space, where they follow progress and validate what concerns them |
| The maintenance contract managed with the client | Period, volume in days, catalog, committee and shared indicators |
| The portfolio arbitrated by management | Projects, work packages, milestones, Gantt chart and portfolio view |
The features, one by one, are on the product page of pylotik.com; the category it belongs to is defined on operational commitment management.

The supplier keeps its management tools, the client keeps theirs, and the commitment that binds them is managed in between.

Project task tools, such as Trello, Asana or monday.com, and the tracking spreadsheets that go with them: tasks, milestones, workload, time and financial tracking all live in pylotik. A PSA or a separate project management tool is therefore not required alongside it.
The ERP, which keeps the invoice and the accounting, and project ticketing, which keeps the requests. Data is exchanged through connectors built to your needs, optional and available from the Business tier.
Holding this method takes four things rarely found in one person: linking several subjects at once, having sat on an executive committee, having held several trades (the project, the contract, the teams, the finances), and having already turned around degraded situations.
That profile is hard to find: a small or mid-sized company does not hire it, and it is not a question of budget but of supply. That leaves renting it, and a consultant stops when the engagement stops. Their reading leaves with them, and the organization finds itself back at its starting point a few months later.
pylotik is billed per seat, and it stays. It puts the method into the tool and into the rhythm of every week: your organization matures by using it, and the effect of support no longer ends the day it finishes. A method, then, and not providential people.
A kept history is not up for debate.
On a major project, €200,000 of outstanding payments were blocked. It was enough to show the client the project history, what had been requested, decided and validated, and by whom: within five minutes of a meeting, the money was released. It protects the client as much as the supplier. This is what pylotik makes systematic.
Born in service centers and fixed-price projects, pylotik serves any organization responsible for carrying out a service, a project, a contract or an intervention, with commitments to keep towards a client: industry, construction, engineering, digital services, government, services, including manufacturers and distributors that sell equipment together with its installation and maintenance. The client can be external, or an internal department.
Staffing, time, margin per contract, client committees.
Fixed-price or time-and-materials engagements, deliverables validated by the client.
Customer projects, from the equipment sold to its maintenance contract, alongside the MES and the ERP.
Sites, subcontractors, validated meeting minutes.
Contracts, multiple providers, traceable governance.
Linked projects, clients and suppliers, each seeing only their own.
A Pilot seat for whoever leads, a Contributor seat for whoever contributes, and free client access on every tier. The grid is on the pricing page of pylotik.com.

Two complementary trades, and one finding: projects fail for organizational reasons, rarely for technological ones.
