How does your free strategic interview go?
Thirty minutes, three parts. No preparation is asked of you.
The interview is meant for executives and leadership team members of SMEs and mid-sized companies of 20 to 500 employees, whether they are growing, transforming or in an operational crisis, and for public organizations. You talk to a senior expert who has held the kind of role you hold, so you do not have to explain the basics. If we can help, we say how. If we cannot, we say that too.
We ask questions
Then we ask the questions nobody asks internally. Some are uncomfortable; that is precisely what they are for.
You leave with leads
Finally, we give you back an honest reading of your situation. You then decide freely what comes next, with us or without us.
To be clear: this conversation is not the organizational diagnosis itself. That one runs over two weeks, in contact with your teams, and is the first step of an engagement. The interview is a first look, and it is free.
